17 December 2025

The International Padel Days, the study conducted by the All For Padel Group (AFP Group), once again highlights the strong global growth of the sport and its increasing economic value.

Sales of rackets and balls are growing year on year at double-digit rates, and the total value of the equipment market has now exceeded 260 million euros (+19%). This points to an increasingly mature industry, with a diversified offer ranging from entry-level lines for beginners to high-end products for advanced players.

In 2024, 3.5 million rackets were sold, an increase of 32% compared to 2024, while the number of balls placed on the market reached 15.2 million (+30.5%).

In the space of ten years, as we know, padel has become a global phenomenon. Countries such as France, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and several African nations are seeing significant growth in both facilities and player numbers. In 2015, 68% of courts were concentrated in Spain, while six years later this figure had already fallen to 46%, and in 2025 it stands at 25%, according to the report.
