The students of the Politecnico di Milano will participate in the Activation Days

The Activation Days of May 16-17, included in the first European Outdoor Week (May 14-19), will bring many outdoor and running enthusiasts to Riva del Garda.

Two days dedicated to b2c audience that will connect brands with anyone who practices – or wants to try for the first time – the activities covered by the brands present: from via ferrata to climbing, from road and trail running to yoga and trekking.

The two-day event is open to all enthusiasts, including young people who are training on mountain and outdoor themes. The first edition of the Activation Days will also be attended by some students from the Politecnico di Milano: a group of over 30 boys and girls who, together with Aldo Faleri, curator and professor of Alpine Design at PoliMi in collaboration with the CAI, will choose the activities in the program and will have the opportunity to test the products made available by the companies in the Village of the Activation Days (Giardini di Porta Orientale). activation days politecnico di milano The students will therefore tackle the routes of the famous cliffs of Arco with the climbing equipment on display; they will also be able to run, both on the road and on the trails, with different footwear and experience different sensations, but also walk along the historic Ponale cut or around Lake Garda with the Alpine Guides.

Additionally, he will be offered a selection of products from Lyofood, a company that produces high-quality freeze-dried foods to enjoy during outdoor sports sessions.

The collaboration between MagNet and the Politecnico di Milano also covers other projects: in addition to this initiative on the occasion of the Activation Days, the publishing house and specifically Outdoor Magazine is a media partner of CortAlp, the festival/competition of mountain short films that brings together students, young filmmakers, and creatives under 30 from the Politecnico and some of the most prestigious international universities.
