From January 1, 2026, Ferrino has become the official partner of theSyndicat National des Guides de Montagne (SNGM) through Ricochet, the brand’s distributor in France. The three-year agreement provides for the supply of technical equipment to French high mountain guides affiliated with the union.
A concrete commitment in support of mountain professionals
This partnership marks a further step in Ferrino’s commitment to standing alongside mountain professionals, strengthening the brand’s presence within the French mountaineering landscape. SNGM guides will be equipped with gear designed to meet the highest standards of performance, reliability and safety, developed on the strength of Ferrino’s experience in high-altitude environments.
The role of the SNGM and its complementary relationship with ENSA
The Syndicat National des Guides de Montagne plays a central role in the professional representation and protection of high mountain guides in France, contributing to the defense and promotion of the profession. This collaboration complements Ferrino’s long-standing relationship with ENSA (École Nationale de Ski et d’Alpinisme), the benchmark institution for the national training of high mountain guides. Through this agreement, Ferrino reaffirms its support for the guiding community both in terms of training, via ENSA, and at a professional and representative level, through the SNGM.
