SCARPA, a leading company in the production of technical footwear for mountain and outdoor activities, is further strengthening its organizational structure with the addition of three new managers, supporting its strategy for growth and development.
Enrico Bucciol joins as head of the product area and as a key figure for development and innovation. Carlo Ferrero will take on the role of marketing director, while Jarrod Hale will serve as strategic marketing director.

The new additions
These new additions are part of SCARPA’s broader organizational transformation plan, which recently saw the arrival of Stefano Trentin and Pierantonio Regeni as co-ceos, with the goal of guiding the company through a phase of progress and growth while strengthening its long-term strategic and operational capabilities.

Enrico Bucciol – brings over thirty years of experience in the sports and outdoor footwear sector. He has held leadership roles at companies such as Dainese, TCX, Oberalp, and Diadora, leading creative and product development teams. His career is marked by a consumer-centric approach, strong focus on innovation, and numerous international design awards.

Carlo Ferrero – has solid experience in the sports and outdoor industry. He has held key roles in marketing and brand positioning at major companies such as Tecnica Group, Fizik, and Brooks England.

Jarrod Hale – a professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing, he has worked for global companies like Nike and Adidas. He brings to SCARPA an international perspective with a strong emphasis on consumer centricity.
