SCARPA announces a significant change in its governance: starting from July 1, 2025, Stefano Trentin and Pierantonio Regeni will take on the role of Co-Chief Executive Officers. Trentin will oversee the Product and Market areas, while Regeni will be responsible for Administration and Operations.
This decision marks a new chapter in the company’s history, strengthening its management structure to face a phase of strong growth and evolution with both vision and solidity. The new structure was defined by the Board of Directors, which now includes the two newly appointed executives and is composed of members of the Parisotto family – SCARPA’s majority shareholders – with Sandro Parisotto as Chairman, alongside Cristina Parisotto and Emilio Vedovato, and representatives of the strategic partner NUO, which entered the company’s capital in July 2024. NUO is represented by its founder and CEO Tommaso Paoli, and Antonio Dus, operating partner, who supported the company’s transformation and will continue to accompany SCARPA in its development path.
“The appointments of Stefano Trentin and Pierantonio Regeni mark a significant milestone,” said Sandro Parisotto, Chairman of SCARPA. “We feel a strong sense of responsibility as we write a new page in our history. This change stems from deep reflection on our future and on the need to face transformations in the global market with a structure that is solid, dynamic, and consistent with our identity. For us, renewal means evolving without losing our roots, growing without compromising our integrity. Our journey is grounded in strong values such as quality, innovation, and authenticity, and is fueled by the passion and commitment of our people. We are confident that SCARPA will face upcoming challenges with vision, balance, and renewed energy. I wish our new managers all the best in their work.”
“I am truly happy and proud to become part of SCARPA, a great company born in the heart of the sports footwear district in Northeast Italy,” said Stefano Trentin, “renowned for its design and artisanal production of high-quality, high-performance footwear for outdoor enthusiasts. My goal in this role will be to support the innovation journey that this brand has successfully pursued throughout its long history.”
“Working at SCARPA over the past few years has allowed me to understand the deep identity of this company, both professionally and personally,” added Pierantonio Regeni. “Taking on the role of CEO today represents a great responsibility, but also a source of pride. We will face this new phase with determination and team spirit, building on what we have achieved so far and continuing with consistency on the path of evolution ahead. Strength, quality, and care for people will remain the pillars on which we continue to build our future.”
Stefano Trentin brings to SCARPA over 30 years of international experience in the sports sector, having held senior roles in product, sales, brand, and general management at major companies including Nordica, Benetton Group, Rossignol, and Tecnica Group.
Pierantonio Regeni, after an early career in auditing at a Big Four firm, served as Chief Financial Officer first at Lumberjack, and later at SCARPA, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational structure.
